Site of patient complaint along the medial aspect forearm revels area of about (9 x 4.5 mm )increase echogenicity of the subcutaneous fat with poor vascular profile with no definte masses of inflammatory nature for clinical correlation.
the Normal size & texture of the different muscles' groups of the with preserved normal fibrillar texture. No evidences of muscle tears, hematomas nor mass lesions.
Otherwise normal appearance of the skin and subcutaneous fat planes
تم عمل السونار وأفاد بأن لا توجد مشكلة في الساعد ولكن ما زال الالم مستمر في الساعد بشكل خاص والكتف بشكل عام هل من الممكن يكون ورم شحمي ام مجرد التهاب عادي ؟ وما الإجراء المطلوب اتباعه فيما بعد ؟ وهل توجد أدوية معينة في حالة أنه كان التهاب عادي ؟؟
